Ffern’s Summer 24 Review

Ffern is the first perfume subscription I’ve tried here in the UK. It costs £89 and is delivered every new season. Summer may be over but I will still post my Ffern’s Summer 24 review! I’ve been busy lately and writing new posts was challenging.

I have to say, this is my favourite Ffern perfume to date. The theme for this month’s perfume is Tuscan Summer. Tuscany is one of my dream destinations! I first watched the film ‘Under the Tuscan Sun’ years ago and it made me want to go to Tuscany. I still haven’t booked that Italian summer holiday yet but it’s on the list. If you love films about traveling, watch this!

According to Ffern’s website:

The scent is champagne and fruit and spices and hot earth – made from a blend of red champaca, sweet fennel seeds, blood orange and bay.

The scent is very chic, warm and citrusy. Whenever I smell this scent, it reminds me of a nice summer getaway in a mediterranean country. I really love it and is my favourite so far.

The box arrived with the usual accessories:

  • Limited Edition Perfume
  • Sample vial to try. In case you didn’t like the perfume, the customer can return the full bottle.
  • Sampling Mouillettes (2x)
  • An original artwork poster fit for the season
  • Handmade terracota diffusion stone
  • Special item for this season – 2 x Summer tea

In the last 2 Ffern perfumes I reviewed (see Winter, see Spring), I’ve commented about the lasting power wasn’t that great. Lo and behold, this summer edition is fantastic! I’d say it has longer lasting power compared to the previous ones I tried. At the end of the day, I can still faintly smell the perfume on me.

Do I still recommend Ffern? Of course! I love the Summer perfume and if you wanted to try new perfumes, Ffern is worth giving it a go. Please note the ledger easily gets full, so grab a space as soon as you can.
