In the past few days, Maybelline Superstay Matte Ink has been trending in a Pinay makeup group on Facebook. It was also on sale, so why not jump on the bandwagon?
One Wednesday, I went to Superdrug in Manchester. I love this shop, compared to Boots, because they give you freebies when you spend on a certain amount!
I went to the Maybelline section and saw loads of different colours to choose from. They’re on sale. The regular price for this item is £9.99 but I got them for 2 for £12. And that was like winning a jackpot! I bought 2 for myself. The shades I’ve got were #60 Poet and #80 Ruler.

For a bolder look, I prefer the #80 which looks good on a night out.
For a demure look, #60 is really nice. It’s also good if you have a smokey eyes.
Is it really long-lasting? Definitely! I’ve eaten and all, and it’s still there! It took me some time to remove it. So if you like matte and long-lasting lippies, this is the one you’re looking for. The only downside I can think is it’s somewhat drying, but a bit of lip moisturiser will help without removing the colour. Honestly, this is a good buy.
