Today starts the Christmas countdown, and we have 12 days left until the big day. There are still a few more things left to do for the Christmas day dinner.
We will be hosting the Christmas dinner this year so preparation is needed. We recently redecorated the dining room and everything we need is in place. However, the menu needs to be finalised and food shop needs to be sorted next week.
The menu we planned to serve will be a traditional English Christmas meal. We’ve already booked the Turkey crown, pigs in the blanket and sausages from the butchers. We still need veggies and other things which we will have to sort out next week. I was thinking to include a Filipino dish, but still having second thoughts about it.
I’m very much looking forward to it and, hopefully, we can pull this off.
